At Fleur du Mal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene liners attached. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and protective seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
